Apples to Apples is definitely my favorite. I remember many great game nights in college featuring that game!

I'm not sure if Apples to Apples counts anymore as it's only a "distributed" game, but it's definitely the one that brought me into the OTB world, many years ago! It has provided countless nights of party fun amongst my friends.

Aside from that, I'd have to go with Backseat Drawing. Who knew that there was room for innovation in the Win, Lose or Draw / Pictionary world?

By far my favorite is 10 days in USA. I played 10 days in Africa on http://www.gametableonline.com/ and then I got the US version. Great little game. Anyone, even my grandma, can play it.

Well if Apples to Apples still counts, it's definitely my favorite. If not, 10 Days in Africa comes pretty close. We've loved that whole series for years, and are waiting (probably in vain?) for a South America/Pacific version to achieve world domination! (And maybe some way to incorporate Canada and Latin America)

Our favorite family OTB game is Snorta! We've played it with my parents and had them laughing hysterically as they tried to remember if they should "moo" or "oink" at the appropriate time. Great Fun!

Here's my Email address for the free game giveaway: davenmillie@juno.com

Thanks! -Dave

Apples to Apples is hands down my favorite OTBGames game. It's perfect to take to friends' houses... it's even good to play with my niece or my mom. Is there anybody that doesn't enjoy it? No. Nobody. Period. Okay, maybe blind people... consider a braille version.

Hooray! I didn't know you guys have a blog. Feed Added!

I'm with Skorobeus 100%.

Apples to Apples is easily our favorite. We have all of the expansion packs, plus A2A Junior. We've gone through and pulled out the regular A2A cards that the kids would recognize, and we've put them in together with the Junior set, to give us more cards to play with. We've also used the print-your-own kit and use those cards as well.

The girls can play it with the neighbor kids without any adults. We can play it when we have adult friends over, even if they've been drinking :P Nobody is "too cool" or "too dumb" for that game - and you can play it with a whole house full of people, too!

I am so, SO glad that you guys had a demo booth at GenCon 200... um, I don't know, 2002 and 2003? I think that's when I found you. Anyhow, it was awesome meeting you and trying to get bystanders to play along (my then-boyfriend and I were the ones that sat there for like 45 minutes asking passers-by to "pick a card" to complete our round.)

If A2A doesn't count, well then yep, Backseat Drawing is a HUGE HIT at our house. It was amazing how well matched we were with two adults and two kids playing. You don't have to be a good artist, you have to be a good listener - and guesser! Once we opened this box, the girls wanted to play every night for 2 weeks straight... and we did, because the adults wanted to play again, too!

The ONLY drawback for backseat drawing is that we have already gone through all the cards (on the easy side). We need more cards, because I guarantee you when the girls [stepkids that live elsewhere] get back in a month, we're going to be playing it every night... again!

I wanted to say "Apples to Apples" is my favorite, as I am a youth pastor and it has brought my youth (and the whole church, interestingly) together on many occasions when tensions were high, or boredom was high.

However, I'm going to have to go with "10 Days in Asia". I only say this because of the amount of hours my wife and I logged on this game. Seriously, it is an incredibly addictive game. Every time we try to quit, one of us says "Just one more." And we play four or five more.
Also, five or six of my close friends have gotten hooked on the game in the past couple of months. When people come to our house and we have game nights, we pull out "10 Days in Asia," and after one round, it becomes the party favorite. Everybody who plays it loves it! It's a great game, and deserves all the recognition it gets.
